Quality Control—Associate
Quality Control Associates are responsible for ensuring high standards of cleaning and care and are primarily accountable for inspecting incoming garments, tagging and entering into the computer system, final inspection, packaging and assembling for deliveries. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Garment Care experience is preferred but not required. Full and part-time positions are available.
Call Centre Administrator
Call Centre Administrators are accountable for responding to client inquires, registering new users, answering FAQs and assisting with general administrative duties. General computer proficiency is required. Strong interpersonal/communication skills and an unprecedented approach to client services are needed. Full and part-time positions are available.
Driver
Drivers are front line representatives of MYLAUNDRYBAG. They are accountable for service deliveries and represent the company in a professional, knowledgeable and courteous manner. We will train MLB drivers on our revolutionary technology, however a good command of computers and mobile devices are required. Experience in client service is essential as MLB drivers will have daily interactions with customers. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory. Full and part-time positions are available.
